Attention: Complaints Officer

Response times:

  • Acknowledgement: within 5 working days

  • Full response / proposed resolution: within 20 working days

Escalation

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome:

Senior management will review and respond:

  • Acknowledgement within 5 working days

  • Final resolution within 20 working days
